Thanks, Your Estimate Request Is In

We have your details. Here is what to expect over the next few days, plus a few tips to make your walkthrough and your written estimate as useful as possible.

What Happens Next

Someone from Precision Paint Experts will review your request and reach out by phone or email to book an on-site painting walkthrough, usually within 48 hours on business days. If you sent your request on a weekend, expect to hear from us early in the week. Watch for a call from (386) 854-7139; if you miss it, call back any weekday between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

After the visit, your itemized written estimate usually arrives within one business day. Nothing is booked until you approve it.

How to Prepare for the Walkthrough

You do not need to move furniture or clean before we arrive. A little preparation simply makes the visit faster and the estimate more accurate.

  • Make every room in scope reachable, including closets you want painted
  • Note problem spots you have noticed: stains, cracks, soft wood, peeling
  • Gather any paint cans or color names left from previous owners
  • Think about whether you want ceilings, trim and doors included or walls only
  • Have HOA color rules handy if your community requires approval
  • Secure pets and unlock side gates for exterior access

How to Read Your Itemized Estimate

Each line on the estimate describes a specific piece of work. Typical lines separate surface preparation (washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, patching), repairs such as replacing rotted trim, primer where it is needed, and the finish coats for each area. Look for the number of coats and the sheen listed for walls, trim and doors, since those choices affect both appearance and durability.

Pay attention to what is excluded as well as what is included. If the garage interior, the ceilings or the back porch are not listed, they are not part of the price. Payment terms and scheduling details are explained on your written estimate. If any line is unclear, ask; we would much rather explain a line item than have you guess.

When you compare bids from other companies, line up the same items: prep steps, coat counts, product types and warranty length. Two numbers can only be compared fairly when they describe the same job.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the scope after I receive the estimate?

Yes. Because each area is listed separately, it is simple to add or remove rooms, swap a sheen, or phase the work. We will send a revised estimate.

How long is my estimate valid?

Ask about timing when you receive it. If a long stretch passes or the property's condition changes, we can revisit and update the numbers.

I have not heard back yet. What should I do?

Call (386) 854-7139 on a weekday or email info@precisionpaintexperts.com, and mention the address you submitted so we can find your request.
