What to Put in Your Quote Request
A free painting quote starts with a short description, not a finished plan. Use the form to give us the property address, a phone number and email, and a sentence or two about the work. Something like "three bedrooms and a hallway, walls only" or "two-story stucco house, peeling around the garage" is plenty.
Extra context helps us prepare. Mention the age of the home if you know it, whether anyone will be living there during the work, and any colors you already have in mind. If a deadline is driving the project, such as a listing date or a tenant move-in, say so up front so we can tell you honestly whether the calendar works.
How the On-Site Walkthrough Works
Once we receive your request for a house painting quote in Gainesville, Ocala or anywhere else we serve, we call or email to book a visit, usually within 48 hours. The walkthrough is where the real estimate is built. We measure walls, ceilings and trim runs, count doors and windows, and check the condition of every surface we would be painting.
Condition is where quotes differ most. We look for moisture damage behind fascia, chalking on old exterior paint, failed caulk, nail pops, water stains on ceilings, and glossy oil-based trim that will need a bonding primer. Anything we find gets explained to you right there, with an option to repair it, monitor it or leave it out.

Do I need to be home for the walkthrough?
For interiors, yes, or someone who can let us in. For exterior-only work we can sometimes walk the outside without you, then review the findings by phone.
